Position Overview
As a Guest Services Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Guest Assistance: Support the Front Desk and Management in addressing guest requests, ensuring a welcoming and serene atmosphere.
  • Luggage Management: Handle and transport luggage efficiently.
  • Item Delivery: Deliver various items to guests as needed.
  • Mail Services: Manage postage and messages for guests.
  • Document Handling: Assist with the organization and delivery of important documents and items.
  • Guest Escorting: Guide guests to their rooms and other areas of the hotel.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and order in all hotel areas, including parking lots, the Front Desk area, poolside, and hallways.
  • Standards Compliance: Adhere to the hotel's established standards and procedures.
  • Bell Services: Provide timely assistance with luggage transportation from guest rooms and vehicles.
  • Valet Services: Assist in the prompt parking of guest vehicles while maintaining the cleanliness of the property.
  • Driver's License Requirement: A valid driver's license is mandatory, and any changes to your driving record must be reported to management.
  • Cross-Department Support: Offer assistance across various departments as needed.
  • Flexible Role: Be prepared to assist in any department as directed.
