Job Title: IT Business Analyst IV

BCforward is seeking a highly motivated IT Business Analyst IV for an opportunity in Pennington, NJ & Plano, TX.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled IT Business Analyst IV to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in risk management and/or LOB/ECF, with a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Excel, Tableau, and Jira, with a strong understanding of Quality Assurance principles.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence within a LOB/ECF.
  • Execute Playbooks (e.g. Test Plans, Test Scripts), Gather and organize data in order to monitor and test the effectiveness of key controls and status of mitigation and action plans.
  • Interact with Engineering/Dev teams to troubleshoot/resolve issues, Prepare documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues, Present project updates, Findings, status etc to stakeholders, management.
Requirements:
  • Over 5+ years of risk management and/or LOB/ECF experience.
  • Experienced in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Space and/or possess relevant experience in Security, Risk, Compliance, Audit domain.
  • Quality Assurance experience.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Tableau, and Jira.
Preferred Skills:
  • Manual and automated testing experience.
  • Test Planning and test case development (e.g. Playbooks).
  • Defect tracking and reporting.
  • Test data management.
  • Program, Project Management experience.
