Job Title: IT Business Solutions Analyst

Genesis10 is seeking an IT Business Solutions Analyst to join our team in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Combine business and technology skills with strong leadership, communication, negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Serve as the ultimate facilitator between business and IT, understanding business needs and playing a key role in project management.
  • Lead planning, eliciting, analyzing, validating, and managing requirements, business processes, high-level solution design, test case design, and implementation planning & support.
  • May also be responsible for facilitating scrum ceremonies based on changing demands.
Requirements:
  • Agile tools/Jira
  • Excellent analytical skills and at least 7 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, working closely with business partners to elicit requirements, document process flows, identify risks, and participate in strategy definition.
  • Experience in Agile methodology
  • Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to communicate and work with developers to ensure acceptance criteria for user stories are understood and applied.
  • Ability to communicate and work with testers to ensure test plans and scripts satisfy requirements.
  • Ability to analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to facilitate discussions.
  • Self-motivated and requires minimal supervision.
  • Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
