Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at ReVive Orthopedic Spine & Sports Medicine. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient interviews to identify medical problems and conditions
  • Document patient information accurately in our electronic medical record system
  • Collect and record patient vital signs and weight
  • Assist physicians with orders, lab requests, and follow-up needs
  • Collect samples for testing and perform routine laboratory tests
  • Schedule diagnostic studies and order x-rays as needed
  • Prepare injections, dressings, and other medical treatments
  • Monitor and prepare biohazardous waste for disposal
  • Dispense medications and prepare drug screens
  • Review medical treatment with patients and provide education
  • Obtain and import x-ray and imaging results
  • Serve as a liaison between patients and physicians
  • Provide staff coverage for other clinical personnel
  • Complete applications for handicap parking permits, FMLA, and other necessary documents
  • May participate in marketing efforts, including visiting referral sources
  • Will be trained in phlebotomy as needed
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to different practice locations
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One to three years of related experience in the medical field
  • Orthopedic experience preferred
  • RN license required
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or other relevant certifications preferred
