Job Summary:
As the Social Media Manager, you will strategically drive our social media presence on Facebook and Instagram to boost member engagement, retention, and revenue.
Your role will involve staying updated on social media trends, aligning content with our brand, and managing social media activities across 45+ clubs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee social media content for 45+ Crunch Fitness clubs, ensuring relevance and engagement.
- Create and distribute social media communication that includes promotions, events, facility updates, new club openings, training suggestions, exercises, and more across the entire franchise and at individual clubs.
- Develop and manage social media calendars to ensure consistent and engaging content across Facebook and Instagram.
- Identify and leverage new social media trends and platforms to enhance our online presence and drive engagement.
- Measure and analyze the impact of social media posts to inform strategy and optimize performance.
- Evaluate and implement technology tools that can enhance our social media strategy.
- Drive personal training promotions through targeted social media posts.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Ensure clubs adhere to the social media calendar and activate campaigns effectively.
- Oversee ratings and reviews to maintain a positive brand image.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing or content management.
- Intimate knowledge of social media platforms and strategies.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media strategies.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising is a plus.
- Experience with creative tools such as Canva or Photoshop to create compelling visual content.
