Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop program capabilities, frameworks, and metrics to ensure alignment with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging learning activities and compelling curriculum to enhance retention and drive customer outcomes.
  • Maintain and update training materials in response to product updates or changes in curriculum to stay in alignment with adjacent training in different formats.
  • Develop advanced instructor-led training materials to meet the growing demands of our customers.
  • Provide recommendations to continuously improve and grow Workato's education services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry tools and technologies to improve the virtual and in-person training experience.
Requirements:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in technical instruction, solutions engineering, or customer-facing professional services at a SaaS/iPaaS company.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with proficiency in the Workato application, a background in iPaaS, computer science, automation, integration, or technical topics adjacent to Workato's technology, and a BS or Masters in Computer Science/Engineering.
  • Estimated 30% travel required.
