Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Cardiac Unit team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the unit, developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care and outcomes, and fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Cardiac Unit, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care and services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes, and to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled and dedicated nurses and support staff.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor and analyze unit performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in critical care/ICU and charge nurse experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
