Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Allergy Partners. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of work experience in a clinical setting and a strong understanding of OSHA guidelines for ambulatory practices. They should be able to document in the electronic Medical Record, working knowledge of practice management and word processing software.

  • Provide nursing care for the comfort and wellbeing of patients
  • Perform functions and procedures as identified by the physician
  • Utilize the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Implementation and Evaluation) in delivering professional nursing care

The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with physicians, patients, and colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to maintain accurate records and confidentiality.

Requirements
  • Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN/LVN or RN in the state employed or compact state
  • Minimum one year of work experience in a clinical setting
  • Understanding of OSHA guidelines for ambulatory practices
  • Experience communicating and interacting with physicians

Salary Range
