Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with high net worth individuals and businesses, developing and maintaining relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Financial Planning and Advice: Provide personalized financial planning and advice to clients, helping them to achieve their financial objectives and make informed investment decisions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including investment specialists and credit analysts, to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
  • Risk Management: Ensure that all financial solutions and advice provided to clients are aligned with their risk tolerance and financial goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in private banking or financial services, with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with high net worth individuals and businesses.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, with a preference for advanced degrees such as MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
