Carter BloodCare is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at the HEB Donor Center in Bedford, TX. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from donors in a safe and efficient manner. This is a part-time position with a variable schedule, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities- Collect blood samples from donors in a safe and efficient manner
- Ensure that all blood samples meet regulatory requirements
- Work with the team to move, set up, and take down equipment at mobile blood drives
- Provide excellent customer service to donors
- Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on industry developments
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of general work experience or comparable education in the medical field
- Customer service experience
- Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience is preferred
- Competitive pay starting at $18.00 per hour
