Kitchen Utility Steward Job Description

At Kualoa Ranch Hawai'i, we're committed to sharing the beauty, history, and culture of Hawai'i with our guests. As a Kitchen Utility Steward, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, dishwashing, and receiving areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools
  • Wash dishes, pots, pans, kitchen vessels, and equipment
  • Sweep and mop floors, and clean equipment
  • Maintain the kitchen, dishwashing, and receiving areas at all times, adhering to Department of Health rules and regulations
Requirements:
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean, maintained, and organized at all times
  • Experience operating pot-washing machinery
  • Adhere to all sanitation guidelines and assist cooks when needed
  • Ability to carry out general cleaning as directed, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and emptying rubbish bins
Work Schedule:

Full-time position with open availability, including weekends and holidays
