Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our kitchen team as a dishwasher. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our dishwashing machine and maintaining a clean working environment.

• Sort and scrape dishes, and load them into the dishwashing machine
• Unload dirty dishes brought in by bussers and place utensils and dishes in proper storage areas
• Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies, and report any mechanical problems with the dishwashing machine
• Maintain a clean working environment by sweeping and mopping kitchen floors daily

• Prior food service industry experience is highly desirable
• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification
• Great physical health and stamina
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
