Beer Sales Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Beer Sales Representative to join our team at Anheuser-Busch. As a key member of our Merchandising team, you will be responsible for engaging our consumers by merchandising store shelves and displays with our globally recognized brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain Anheuser-Busch product displays to ensure our products are displayed in the best possible way to meet the needs of our consumers.
  • Organize, rotate, and stock shelves at each assigned account to maintain a high level of product visibility and availability.
  • Install permanent new point of sale (POS) items in retail accounts to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Follow proper procedure for managing out of stocks at retail accounts to minimize losses and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for daily paperwork and the proper completion of all Company documents to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
  • High School Diploma or GED Required and excellent driving record.
  • Good oral and written communications skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Work flexible hours (i.e. weekends, holidays) to meet the needs of our customers and business.
  • Be able to lift, load, unload and move cases of beer (up to 40lbs) and draught kegs (165lbs) to ensure efficient product delivery and storage.
