About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Representative to join our team at Anheuser-Busch. As a key member of our Merchandising team, you will be responsible for engaging our consumers by merchandising store shelves and displays with our globally recognized brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, rotate, and stock shelves at each assigned account to ensure optimal product visibility and availability.
  • Install permanent new point of sale (POS) items in retail accounts to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Follow proper procedure for managing out of stocks at retail accounts to minimize losses and maximize sales.
  • Responsible for daily paperwork and the proper completion of all Company documents to maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our retail partners.
  • Be able to lift, load, unload, and move cases of beer (up to 40lbs) and draught kegs (165lbs) to ensure efficient inventory management.
