Role Overview
As a member of our Merchandising team, you will play a crucial role in engaging consumers by effectively showcasing our renowned brands on store shelves and displays. A successful Beverage Retail Specialist is:

• Passionate about Anheuser-Busch products.
• Accountable for ensuring optimal product presentation to meet consumer needs.
• Focused on driving sales through impactful market execution.

The work schedule may vary weekly based on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct and maintain displays for Anheuser-Busch products.
• Organize, rotate, and stock shelves at assigned retail locations.
• Install permanent point-of-sale (POS) materials in retail accounts.
• Manage out-of-stock situations according to established procedures.
• Complete daily paperwork and ensure accurate documentation of all company-related forms.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver's License with an excellent driving record.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Capable of lifting, loading, unloading, and moving cases of beer (up to 40 lbs) and draught kegs (165 lbs).
