Job Summary

ERP International, LLC is seeking a JOPES SME to support the DISA GFM program. The successful candidate will lead business process expert and functional analyst responsibilities, collaborating with JOPES business users, functional experts, and DISA C2 PEO experts to improve and modernize JOPES.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements from customers and Joint Staff Use Cases into epics and user stories for JPES.
  • Provide knowledge and experience of JOPES processes and data.
  • Work with the user community and product owner(s) to develop user stories with accurate and complete acceptance criteria.
  • Lead design sessions and build consensus for JPES functionality.
  • Improve the user experience and usability of the application.
  • Work with development teams to refine and validate user stories.
  • Work with product owners to ensure business needs are captured and addressed.
  • Conduct weekly JAD sessions with the Product owners and JOPES user Community.
  • Work with Scrum Master to ensure automated testing matches the acceptance criteria as part of sprint release for all stories.
Requirements
  • Active DoD Security Clearance of Secret or higher.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years of experience in JOPES planning.
  • Deep knowledge of CJCSM or newer versions of this document.
  • Hands-on experience creating and managing Time Phase Force Deployment Data (JOPES TPFDD) from initiation to execution.
  • Familiarity with common force planning terminology.
  • Working knowledge of Rapid Query Tool (RQT).
