Position Overview:
As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing manufacturing engineering tasks for various projects and processes. This role operates within a collaborative team environment, focusing on either the enterprise product delivery or order fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead projects of moderate complexity, ensuring adherence to established guidelines while collaborating with supervisors and managers.
2. Assign, coordinate, and review tasks for support personnel, contractors, and suppliers.
3. Develop and document routings, methods, layouts, tools, costs, quality plans, and labor standards for current operations and new programs.
4. Provide troubleshooting support for ongoing operations, investigating and analyzing data to implement effective solutions.
5. Drive innovations in cost reduction, quality enhancement, safety, and ergonomic improvements.
6. Utilize electronic tools for a variety of applications, including modeling and simulations.
7. Design operational layouts to optimize material flow and presentation.
8. Conduct studies on capacity, energy, productivity, and efficiency, leading the analysis and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technologies.

On-Site Support:
Provide essential support on the shop floor for critical Factory Automation solutions and equipment, ensuring quick responses to maintain productivity and uptime. You will also be responsible for modifications to control logic and software, including relay ladder logic, PLCs, HMIs, and PC-based logic.

Electrical Design:
Create and maintain electrical designs in compliance with applicable standards, whether for new production machines or modifications to existing systems. Develop interfaces for communication with shop-floor tools, PLC controls, SCADA, and MES systems. Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Factory Automation Leads to achieve manufacturing and standardization objectives.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Technology or Engineering, with recent graduates being encouraged to apply. Candidates with a two-year technical degree and relevant experience will also be considered. We are particularly interested in individuals with backgrounds in electrical or PLC programming.
