Process Engineer for Vision Technology
Relocation Package Offered

We are seeking a tech-savvy problem solver to shape the future of manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in vision technology and be able to integrate cutting-edge technology with manufacturing controls and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a technology expert, guiding and coaching teams on the implementation of innovative technologies.
Identify and develop seamless integrations between manufacturing controls and IT systems, utilizing expertise in machine vision, AI, RFID systems, and more.
Lead projects from concept to completion, defining requirements, developing business cases, planning, organizing resources, and coordinating successful implementation.
Develop software solutions for IT and manufacturing system integrations, including web and mobile applications, database design, and system controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, IT, engineering, and product development, to ensure smooth project execution.
Define, measure, and communicate business value outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements:

A solid engineering background with proven experience in implementing complex systems and processes. Ability to work on multiple projects involving conflicting requirements and incomplete information. Excellent problem-solving skills, using engineering principles to deliver high-quality products and process improvements. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel up to 25% based on project needs.
