Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at EPITEC. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and performing manufacturing engineering work for projects or processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the analysis of information and specification of methods and process steps to design and continuously improve manufacturing or materials processes and process systems.
  • Design engineering solutions and supervise the implementation of feasibility testing to support the development and validation of engineering solutions.
  • Support the drafting of engineering standards and specifications and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Carry out inspections to evaluate the quality of engineering works and make recommendations for remedial works.
  • Coordinate activities of subcontractors and suppliers and act as a primary point of contact while working within an established contract management plan.
  • Identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures and address them through established change management programs.
  • Support others in getting the most out of knowledge management systems.
  • Carry out product development and engineering activities and use established systems to analyze customer needs and define and deliver products.
  • Work within an established project management plan to achieve specific goals.
  • Develop own capabilities through assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching.
