About the Role:

As a Behavioral Health Technician at Clarvida - Pennsylvania, you will play a vital role in providing one-to-one services to children and adolescents between the ages of 2-24 who are struggling with emotional and behavioral disturbances.

Working closely with a Behavioral Consultant, you will help improve independent functioning in these young individuals, enabling them to reach levels that require less or no service intervention.

You will travel to clients' homes, schools, or service locations daily, following a prescribed treatment plan and providing behavioral and treatment interventions, as well as consequences to the client.

Setting boundaries with clients and their families is crucial to prevent dependency on your services. You will also provide support to parents and adult professionals, educating and training them to utilize these skills, while offering positive reinforcement and culturally aware and competent service provision.

  • Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
  • At least one of the following certifications: BCaBA, RBT, or BCAT
  • 2 years' prior Behavior Health Certification or Behavior Analysis Certification from an accredited organization
  • High School diploma or equivalent and completed the 40hr RBT Training (RBT Task List) Certification
  • Minimum of 2 years-experience providing Behavioral Health services
