Behavioral Health Technician/RBT Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician/RBT to join our team at ABA Support Services LLC. As a Behavioral Health Technician/RBT, you will work one-on-one with clients in a home, school, or daycare/community setting, providing individualized support and care.

Your responsibilities will include collecting and recording data on client behavior, assisting Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in maintaining up-to-date graphs and summarizing data, and writing progress notes and program updates. You will also create session materials and stimuli to support client progress.

This is a great opportunity to work with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum in a forward-thinking and growing organization that uses innovative programs. As a Behavioral Health Technician/RBT, you will have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree/AA degree (60 credits) with previous experience preferred, but not required
  • Prior experience working with children required
  • Willingness to learn and reliability is a must
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Completed background clearances required prior to date of hire
