Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Service Calls: Ensure timely and efficient scheduling of service calls, coordinating with field service technicians and clients as needed.
  • Client Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, providing updates and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in our E-Automate service system, completing work within established timeframes.
  • Service Call Follow-up: Provide prompt follow-up with clients on completed service calls, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues.
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage supplies replenishment orders for print management contracts, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions.
  • Financial Management: Process invoices for print management agreements and service agreements, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
  • Client Database Management: Verify and maintain accurate client contact and database information, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Shipping and Logistics: Coordinate light shipping of parts and supplies using the UPS system, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery.
