Job Overview:

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Director of Cardiac Catheterization to lead our team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional patient care. As a Director of Cardiac Catheterization, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing the departments and staff to ensure quality service on a 24-hour basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and implement written policies and procedures for all phases of departmental operations.
  • Periodically update the department Policy & Procedure Manual.
  • Responsible for the overall operation and management of all assigned departments.
  • Staff adequate and appropriate coverage for operations.
  • Direct all quality review functions and operations in the Department.
  • Establish, implement, and monitor annual goals and objectives consistent with the hospital's mission and objectives.
  • Monitor activities of managers and supervisors to ensure compliance with established guidelines and policies.
  • Facilitate strong lines of communication between managers and staff.
