Job Summary

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are able to work in a team environment. As a Floor Staff Member, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of guest experiences, including barback, ID checker, food runner, and other related duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Support barback and food runner duties as needed
  • Verify IDs and manage cash handling responsibilities
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with confidence and poise
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management

Requirements

  • Must be at least 19 years old
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with confidence and poise
  • Excellent communication skills, team player, and solid work ethic
  • Willingness to learn, expand responsibilities, and have fun on the job
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Compensation and Benefits

Floor Staff Members are paid a rate of $11.40/hour and are eligible for a range of benefits, including flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.
