Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Ace Hardware of Fort Collins. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support for our Stihl products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and sales support for Stihl products
  • Assist customers in selecting the right Stihl equipment for their needs
  • Register, fuel, and start new equipment for customers
  • Help maintain a clean and orderly merchandise presentation and overall store cleanliness
  • Assist with receiving, checking in, and stocking of merchandise throughout the store
  • Actively review back stock levels and aid with daily maintenance, orderliness, and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room, and outdoor merchandise
  • Provide a clean and orderly sales floor, including end caps and ad merchandise
  • Assist with merchandise resets through the store
  • Communicate merchandising, cost control, or sales ideas to a manager
Requirements
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and stand/walk for up to eight hours in a shift
  • Retail and customer experience preferred, but not required
