Hours per week: Part-Time availability is needed, specifically Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 4 PM to 8:30 PM, and Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 1:15 PM.

Skills: Excellent communication abilities, a positive and energetic attitude, and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues are crucial. A passion for working with children is also essential.

Duties: The primary responsibility of our customer service team is to guarantee an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. Key tasks include:

  • Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area and front office.
  • Welcoming and assisting customers both over the phone and in person with professionalism and competence.
  • Supporting online registration processes.
  • Familiarity with class records, fees, and enrollment procedures.
  • Carrying out general office responsibilities as assigned.
  • Collaborating with the retail coordinator to manage inventory.
  • Assisting in the promotion and support of events as needed.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
