This role will be instrumental in developing, providing, and executing sourcing strategies, options, and working with internal customers to conclude decisions based on technology, cost, and schedule requirements.

The position will drive business aspects of complex, high-impact supplier agreements in collaboration with suppliers and internal cross-functional organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for contract negotiations, cost, technology enablement, product development, and services to ensure capacity and supply assurance.
  • Collaborates internally and externally to plan and execute work based on an understanding of factors such as design changes, cost targets, and changes to scheduled and quantities.
  • Determines next steps and associated risks.
  • Collaborates and coordinates across all functions, including business unit, sales, customer service, supply chain, and finance, to understand and solve customer issues that span individual functional responsibilities.
  • Leads team to conduct and manage advanced data analysis to identify problems and develop solutions.
  • Communicates direction and leads negotiations with all levels of supplier management to develop and deploy appropriate strategies, contracts, and business relationships that satisfy current and future business needs.
  • Monitors key supplier performance for on-time delivery, quality, and other needed KPIs as part of our continuous improvement environment.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and value chain, including contracts, demand management, sales and operations planning, procurement, order management, and logistics.
  • Experience and skill working with customers, including senior leadership.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at executive and functional work levels.
  • Ability to create complex and multi-layered strategy within supply chain systems that aligns with corporate strategies and objectives over time.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 10+ years of industry-specific experience in Procurement, Operations, or related work experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include Master's degree in Business, Operations, or related field, 12+ years of industry-specific experience, and 4+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
