Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Foster Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up, ensuring their banking needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assess and Address Client Needs: Identify and address client needs by gathering and processing customer and account information, recommending solutions based on their unique goals and objectives.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Products and Services: Maintain a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital offerings, to provide clients with informed guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with Branch Team Members: Work closely with branch team members and partners to ensure seamless client experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Proactively Educate Clients: Educate clients on emerging digital products and services, empowering them to make informed decisions and meet their financial needs.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Job-Related Experience: Typically, 4-5 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training is required.

  • Proven Relationship Building Skills: Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Knowledge of Bank Policies and Procedures: Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
  • Knowledge of Retail Products and Services: Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services, including digital offerings.
  • Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills: Proven customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience with Digital Products and Services: Experience in using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
  • Ability to Identify Client Needs: Ability to explore and identify a client's true needs while leveraging a digital-first mindset.
  • Recommendation Skills: Demonstrated advanced level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet client needs both reactively and proactively.
