Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Oxford Collection of hotels. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Experience: Register guests into our computer system, verify registrations, address, and credit information. Answer incoming calls with guest inquiries and remain available to guests at all times. Provide general hotel information to guests and ensure the front desk remains organized while maintaining sanitation and cleanliness standards.
  • Administration: Be aware of inventory of rooms at all times and report any guest incidents to the Evening Manager, AGM, and/or GM. Count bank and report discrepancies to management.
  • Other: May participate in our drivers program and perform other hotel-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • One year customer service experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Hospitality experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand on feet throughout the day
  • Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand and arm movements frequently
  • Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and walk on uneven surfaces on an occasional basis
  • Must be able to climb stairs both inside and outside and frequently lift 20 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
