Job Summary

Veolia is seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our water treatment facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Operations: Oversee the activities of our operations team to ensure that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor and Control Processes: Monitor and control the water treatment processes to ensure that they are operating within established parameters.
  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Conduct Laboratory Testing: Conduct laboratory testing to ensure that the water treatment processes are meeting quality standards.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Train and develop our team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs safely and efficiently.
  • Lead Special Projects: Lead special projects to improve the efficiency and safety of our operations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 2+ Years of Experience: 2+ years of experience in a water treatment operations role is required.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills are required to supervise and coordinate the activities of our operations team.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required to communicate with team members, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to Work Independently: The ability to work independently is required to perform routine maintenance tasks and conduct laboratory testing.
