- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education, social work).
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary of $20.00 per hour.
- A $500 bonus upon completion of 6 months of employment.
