  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized support plans.
  • Document progress and provide regular updates to supervisors and families.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education, social work).
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Knowledge of behavioral intervention techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
