Talent Acquisition Specialist

Cypress HCM is a leading provider of hiring solutions, committed to simplifying companies' hiring efforts. As a Sr. Account Executive, you will play a critical role in managing our prospective and emerging clients, driving business growth, and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue potential leads to develop a pipeline of clients and prospects.
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and build relationships with important stakeholders.
- Leverage existing relationships with current accounts to expand our business.
- Negotiate contract terms and staffing fees that benefit all parties.
- Collaborate with clients to obtain qualified job requirements and develop innovative recruiting solutions.
- Set and maintain client expectations, proactively solving problems as needed.
- Provide valuable market research, including industry-specific information and trends, to clients and teammates.
- Work with peers to develop target account strategies, identify cross-sell opportunities, share best practices, and enhance process efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, and/or Sales, preferably within the staffing industry.
- Excellent business development, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A proven track record of hitting sales goals and numbers.
- Bachelor's degree.
Compensation:$65K - $100K plus incentive compensation.
