Career Advancement Opportunities
Our dynamic team is seeking a talented HR Generalist to support our growth by recruiting top talent and driving innovative recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in the A&E industry, with strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various engineering and administrative positions.
- Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that effectively communicate position requirements and company culture.
- Ensure timely recruitment processes to maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Conduct pre-employment screenings, reference checks, and background investigations in compliance with company policy and legal regulations.
- Support HR policies and employee retention programs.
- Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years Human Resources Generalist experience with a focus in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the A&E industry.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player.
- Customer service-oriented mindset and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in handling sensitive information discreetly.
Salary Range: $57,387 - $112,734 per year. This salary estimate is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and other factors.
