About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our team at SSM Health. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain the operating room and equipment for surgical procedures.
  • Assist surgeons and other medical staff during procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain patient safety and well-being during procedures.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and effective care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and surgical procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Graduation from an accredited surgical technology program or equivalent experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
