Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist

Inova Health System is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in our outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong clinical background, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Administer various treatment modalities, including physical therapy techniques, to improve patient function and mobility.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
