Outpatient Physical Therapist

Inova Health System is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary adult outpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will have experience treating a variety of neurological diagnoses and a strong interest in treating the amputee population.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with neurological diagnoses.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and re-evaluations to assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Provide education and training to patients and their families/caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in a clear and concise manner.
- Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience in outpatient neuro rehabilitation is preferred, but not required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
