Outpatient Physical Therapist Job Description

Core Medical-Perm is seeking a highly skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Mabscott, West Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of West Virginia.
