We are seeking an experienced Audiologist to join our dynamic team at Dyd Vision and Hearing Corp. As a fast-growing private hearing healthcare practice, we provide personalized care to our patients in the Haledon, NJ area.

The ideal candidate will be licensed in the state of New Jersey and possess a sales aptitude with a willingness to learn our proven sales and dispensing process. If you have excellent interpersonal skills and can effectively communicate with patients, this may be an exciting opportunity for you.

Daily tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting audiometric testing and making recommendations for hearing aids
  • Making ear impressions and ear molds, ordering instruments
  • Fitting hearing aids and assisting with adjustments, cleaning, repairs, questions or problems
  • Counseling patients and their family members effectively, answering questions and explaining results professionally
  • Maintaining documentation and patient files, making referrals, writing reports, and follow-up records

The successful candidate will also have:

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of patients
  • The ability to work in a team environment and interact professionally with patients and physicians

We offer an attractive compensation package, including paid time off, a healthcare stipend, and paid holidays for full-time employees after a 90-day probation period. Salary: $45.00 - $52.00 per hour.

Average annual salary is estimated around $96,000 based on 40 hours/week.
