The Sales Engineering Manager will be responsible for establishing, nurturing, and expanding customer relationships to drive business growth. This role ensures that customer expectations and business performance goals are achieved from the initial project phase through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Identify significant market opportunities for innovative products and services that align with customer needs and the company's profitability objectives
  • Achieve targeted revenue goals
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and/or General Manager on planned profit margins
  • Guarantee that all proposals are precise and reflect the appropriate scope, terms, and pricing, including relevant conditions
  • Regularly monitor and report on market activities and trends, including competitive movements in the precast industry
  • Oversee regional marketing initiatives such as educational sessions, trade exhibitions, and sales presentations
  • Lead design-build development and negotiated projects with Owners, Architects, and/or General Contractors
  • Represent the company during bid submissions for competitive offerings (as necessary)
  • Ensure all documentation is prepared before transitioning project management responsibilities to the designated Project Manager
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience
  • Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience required
