About the Job

Range Generation Next LLC is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our safety and environmental team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of employees and the environment at our facility.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support Compliance: Support compliance with US Army Kwajalein Atoll Range Technical Services (RTS) Engineering Contract, Performance Work Statements (PWS), and contract deliverables for occupational health and industrial safety management requirements.
  • Provide OHS&E Support: Provide direct support to Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (OHS&E) program operations, including occupational safety & health training, field and program implementation.
  • Conduct Training Needs Assessment: Conduct OHS&E training needs assessment, identify gaps, skills or knowledge areas for training/program improvement, and develop safety program statistical data for Key Performance Indicators.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline or combination of education & experience. Five (5) years of relevant occupational health and safety experience.
  • Certifications and Training: Possess or obtain and maintain instructor certification of Tower Climber Rescue, First Aid/CPR/AED, Electrical Safety/LOTO (NFPA 70E), and OSHA Construction or General Industry.
  • Additional Requirements: Ability to lift between 30-50 lbs. and handle awkward loads. Travel by plane, helicopter, and/or boat to conduct work activities on outer islands is required. Must be able to pass a Federal Background Investigation to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
