Occupational Therapist Assistant

PARS Therapy is seeking a dedicated and patient-oriented Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team in providing home health services.
About the RoleWe are looking for an individual who possesses the ability to develop, rehabilitate, or preserve the daily living and occupational skills of individuals experiencing physical, mental, or developmental challenges. The successful candidate will provide effective and client-centered services designed to empower individuals in performing everyday tasks or activities with confidence and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Client Assessment and Intervention: Address clients' aspects of performance to support engagement in occupations that affect health, well-being, and life quality.
- Treatment Planning: Select and adapt the appropriate per case occupational therapy treatment model, method, and approach to direct the process of interventions.
- Home Environment Modifications: Assess clients' homes and other environments and advise on alterations consistent with their needs and capabilities.
- COTA certification required
- Home care or rehab experience preferred
- Proven working experience as Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Excellent knowledge of principles and practices of Occupational Therapy

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
