Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of Sales Solutions to join our team at Celsior. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the IT Solutions and Managed Services space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in multiple industries to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Design and implement sales plans to capture new opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions and managed services to clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the IT Solutions and Managed Services space.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to capture them.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the IT Solutions and Managed Services market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies to ensure Celsior remains competitive and innovative.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and relationships within the industry to drive business growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in IT Solutions and Managed Services.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue in the IT Solutions and Managed Services space.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the IT Solutions and Managed Services market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies to ensure Celsior remains competitive and innovative.
