About the Role

As a Solution Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our solutions strategy and delivery for projects in the NLP, speech, and language areas. Key Responsibilities
  • Evolve our NLP, Speech, and Language service offerings to address changing market needs and new industries
  • Oversee project delivery through effective program management, team organization, and career development

  • Develop thought leadership material and provide technical guidance to the team
  • Support hiring and development of personnel to the team
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in the NLP/Speech/Language services space
  • Extensive experience with creating global solutions in multiple locales in the NLP space for large enterprise clients
  • Ability to implement new processes, detailed documentation, and cross-functional reporting with stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
