Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technology projects from initial proposal through to completion.
  • Keep clients informed on project milestones and overall progress; identify new opportunities and provide tailored solutions.
  • Delegate roles and responsibilities to team members for specific projects.
  • Maintain continuous awareness of project status and report to leadership and stakeholders through regular updates.
  • Define project objectives, timelines, budgets, and performance standards, ensuring thorough documentation.

  • Prepare and deliver analyses, insights, and recommendations to support client project governance teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or consulting within the IT sector.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in information technology, business, or a related discipline.
  • At least one relevant industry certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
  • Demonstrated success in leading projects related to cloud migration, enterprise software, emerging technologies, IoT, networking, or similar technical initiatives.
  • Proficient in software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Trello, Jira, etc.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Capability to convey technical solutions and concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on the broader objectives of the organization.
  • Willingness to travel domestically as required.
