About the Role:

The Senior Operations Manager will lead the implementation of business operations best practices for Inframark's MUD business. This role will define, document, and implement business process management practices across all MUD branches and major cost centers, with a focus on improving organizational efficiency, accountability, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a robust set of business performance metrics across the MUD business.

• Collaborate with the MUD Financial Partner to integrate operational KPIs with financial measurements.

• Systematize metrics by building them into key business systems, such as IPS, NetSuite, and Power BI.

• Identify and implement other margin-improving business processes.

• Assist with the implementation of management systems and related training.

• Ensure safety and environmental compliance.

Requirements:

• Strong commercial awareness and business aptitude, with the ability to assess business processes from an internal and client perspective.

• Strong computer software skills, including Microsoft 365 productivity software and Power BI.

• Demonstrated project management skills, with flexibility in dealing with changing priorities and multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to effectively deliver training and management development.

• Willingness to challenge others in a productive way to optimize solutions.

• Strong team player with the ability to work in a matrix environment.

• Technical knowledge or aptitude for learning water, wastewater, and other mechanical systems and technology.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, preferred.

• 7-10 years of experience in the water/wastewater industry or equivalent experience and education.

Travel:

• Up to 20-40% travel, primarily within the state of Texas, with more or less occurring during specific project periods.
