About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Grundfos. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Organization, you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Creatively source and attract passive candidates through various tools and channels
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Screen candidates against required skills and competencies, providing a final shortlist to recruiters and hiring managers
  • Proactively understand business needs and future requirements, building and maintaining talent pipelines

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to leverage tools and technology to analyze data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders
  • Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field, with a strong understanding of sourcing strategies and techniques
  • Knowledge of social media and social networking sites, with the ability to leverage these channels to attract top talent
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
