Job Summary

ASRC Federal Mission Solutions is a leading provider of systems engineering, software engineering, system integration, and project management services for real-time, mission-critical defense systems.

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Administration: Responsible for all aspects of the contract administration life cycle from cradle to grave, including proposal activities, negotiations, and contract closeout.
  • Contract Management: Manage complex contract requirements in support of major proposals and awarded programs.
  • Customer Relations: Serve as the primary Contracts point of contact with our customers for assigned opportunities/programs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of related experience in contracts administration.
  • Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
  • Skills: Ability to review and understand fundamental Government contract terms, strong business acumen, and ability to multitask.
  • Teamwork: Must be a team player and have the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers without appreciable direction.
  • Communication: Ability to represent the company as the prime contact on contracts or projects and interact with internal/external personnel on matters often requiring the coordination of activities across organizational lines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Government Contracting: Government/DoD contracting/negotiating experience with a solid working knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
  • Complex Contracts: Experience with Complex/Cost Type contracts (e.g. CPFF, CPIF, CPAF) preferred.
