POSITION SUMMARY:
Anthony Hunt - State Farm Agent is seeking a driven Producer who can identify prospects and effectively convert leads into enduring client relationships. As an Insurance Account Executive, your expertise in insurance offerings and market dynamics will enable you to engage with clients, discern their requirements, and promote products or services that deliver maximum value. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer needs, and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Collaborate with the agent to define and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic with unwavering dedication to daily success.
  • Partner with your agency's team to foster lasting customer relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferred experience in sales (including outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively connect with clients.
  • Property & Casualty license (to be obtained).

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Base salary plus commission/bonus structure.
  • Paid time off including vacation and personal/sick days.
  • Potential for growth and advancement within the office.
  • Reimbursement for licensing costs after three months of employment.

This position is offered through a State Farm independent contractor agent, not directly with State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. Employees of State Farm agents must successfully complete any required licensing and training programs for the position. State Farm agents operate as independent contractors who employ their own staff. Employees of State Farm agents are not employees of State Farm.
