Job Overview:

  • Perform a comprehensive range of cleaning tasks, including but not limited to: sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, waxing, stripping, and polishing floors; vacuuming and shampooing carpets.
  • Sanitize restroom facilities and associated fixtures such as drinking fountains, sinks, urinals, and toilets; restock supplies in restrooms.
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and walls.
  • Empty, clean, and disinfect waste receptacles.
  • Replace light fixtures as needed.
  • Identify and report maintenance requirements in designated buildings and facilities.
  • Conduct snow and ice removal using ice melt, snow blowers, and manual shoveling.
  • Assist with additional projects as required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Capability to lift, pull, push, climb, bend, and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Must be a self-motivated individual, reliable, and able to work autonomously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and interpreting written and verbal instructions, with the ability to work with minimal oversight.
