Maintenance Worker

McDonald's is seeking a qualified Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant, including equipment, facilities, and surrounding areas.

Job Summary: As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant. This includes but is not limited to:

• Filtering oil fryers daily to ensure proper functioning and maintain a safe working environment
• Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
• Unloading delivery trucks 2 times a week to ensure timely receipt of supplies and inventory
• Taking out and emptying trash compactors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
• Changing light bulbs and cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris to ensure proper functioning and prevent safety hazards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
